What are my delivery options?
All orders are delivered through bpost (Belgian courier) and, in case they pass Belgian borders, get handed over to your national courier (e.g. Österreichische Post for Austria, Deutsche Post for Germany, PostNL for Netherlands, etc.).
What countries do you deliver to?
Currently we mainly deliver in Europe. If you live outside of Europe and want to order from us, please get in touch and we will find the best solution together.
How long does delivery take?
- Belgium: 1-2 working days
- France, Netherlands: 2-3 working days
- UK, Germany, Austria: 3-5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5 working days
(Please keep in mind that due to the current situation, delivery can take a little longer. Once you placed your order, we will give our best to hand over your order to the courier as fast as possible.)
